MacPractice Business Services has substantially increased revenue and decreased write-offs during the first 3 months of the contract. Uncollectible insurance claims need to be written off or the claims need to be closed if they have a zero balance.
Although there were some May 2018 ERAs posted by client’s staff in June, MPBS had to repost many of them due to posting errors. There have also been significant posting errors by staff that were corrected by MPBS for claims closed prior to the contract date.
In summary, MPBS has increased the financial health of the practice and the long-term outlook is great.
